Position: Program Manager
Location: Carmel, Indiana
Summary: The Program Manager is responsible for developing appropriate programs and behavior plans as well as supervising their implementation. The Program Manager works closely with the Clinical Director in order to determine goals for each child. The Program Manager continually monitors their assigned teams and each child’s progress in order to provide the most relevant programming.

Position: ABA Therapist – Primary and Secondary
Location: Carmel, Indiana
Summary: Each child works with a team of therapists at Little Star Center. Each child’s team is made up of one Primary Therapist and several Secondary Therapists. The Primary Therapist ensures the necessary materials for effective programming are available. The Secondary Therapist is a part of the child’s team and delivers the individualized programming. A therapist will only be Primary Therapist to one child at a time but can be a Secondary Therapist to several children at once.
